Debit Card Fraud Alerts

When a potentially fraudulent transaction is detected, the following will occur: 

• You will receive a text and an email asking you to verify the transaction. You can respond to one or the other.
• If you don't reply to either, you will receive up to three phone calls over the course of three hours to verify the transaction.
• If you do not reply to any of the alerts within three hours. your card will be permanently disabled. Give us a call and we will order you a new card.

Need to activate?

• Activate your card by calling 1-800-631-3197. Stay on the line to set your PIN. 
• Update your recurring and saved payment methods. Your card number, expiration date, and security code are all different.
• Your new card is contactless! You can now "tap" your card on all terminals that allow contactless payments.
• Please destroy and discard your old cards.
