Add your Mutual 1st Debit and Credit Cards to your Mobile Wallet!
Your contactless Mutual 1st debit and credit cards can be added to your Samsung, Google, or Apple wallets. They can also be added to PayPal and Venmo. Paying with your mobile wallet is increasingly acceptable on websites and in stores.
When you use a mobile wallet, your card number is replaced by a unique code for each transaction, meaning your actual card number is never shared. This adds another layer of security.
If you are waiting for a replacement card, you can add and use the digital version until it arrives! Once you see your new card details in online/mobile banking, click View Card Details to see the full card number, expiration date, and CVV. Note: viewing card details does require multi-factor authentication. Use your new card information to update your digital wallet. This will help bridge the gap until your new card arrives.
How to add your cards:
- Open the Mobile Wallet app and click the appropriate button to add a card. It will be a "+" on Apple and Samsung wallets, and "Add to Wallet" on Google.
- Choose debit or credit card, and enter the card details. You will have the option to scan your card or enter the information manually.
- Mutual 1st will prompt you to verify your actions via a text message code.
- Accept any terms and conditions provided.
- You're ready to go!
