If you prefer to bank from your phone or tablet:
Delete the old Mutual 1st mobile app.
Download the new app!

Next, log in using your existing account number (in the username field) and password. Once you log in, you will be prompted to create a new username and password for future use.

If you prefer to bank from your computer
In the green bar on our website, login to your account using your existing account number (in the username field). On the next screen, you will be prompted to create a new username and password for future use. 

You'll get the same experience across all your devices, so once you login on one platform, use the same username and password across online and mobile banking.

What Will Stay the Same

Your payments previously set up through the Bill Pay system will not change. Existing and reoccurring payments should still process as planned.

Your ACH transfers will not be affected with the new platform. However, you will be able to view them in the new system, beginning February 25th.

Your account nicknames will remain the same in the new system.
