For Overdraft Coverage on ATM Transactions and Debit Card Purchases

If you wish to have ATM and Debit card transactions paid when funds are not available in your checking account, you will need to complete this form and "Opt-In" to agree to pay an overdraft fee. Otherwise the transaction will be denied.

This government regulation takes effect July 1, 2010.
